Wine highlight of the weekend (cuz if you didn't already know, I like the vino as well as the cocktails):
2003 Picpoul de Pinet, by Hugues Beaulieu
A great, refreshing, cut-grass, high acid, quenching, so lovely on a hot, hot summer day kind of wine.
It's from the Languedoc and Fran Kysela is the importer. And it's cheap-- about $10-12.
And if you say it really fast it sounds like peek-a-boo. And if you drink it really fast...
