DTLA, the muse, and the desert: favorites week ending 05.21.17

DTLA, the muse, and the desert: favorites week ending 05.21.17

As usual, some of my favorite moments of the week came from walks around the neighborhood with the pup.

The Museum of Ice Cream is...not my thing. I've been waiting for the pink washing they did to the neighborhood to get tagged up, and it did, albeit too briefly (with a map!). Did get a nice Rip 'n' Dip mural out of it, at least.

I've been taking pictures of my co-worker in front of Glenn Ligon's Double America since the museum opened. My muse. When the bench in front of the work was suddenly deinstalled, a new pose presented itself. Love.

We escaped the desert for a quiet, hot getaway. The best.

I spent a big chunk of the trip working on FULL BLEDE. It was a great working vacation.
