is essentially what I've been working hard on the last few weeks. A select group of incredibly talented folks seeking guidance, sometimes a push, sometimes a voice, sometimes just organization, and in some cases all of that—to get their work seen and heard. The talent is all theirs, but it is also invigorating and satisfying for me. I believe in these people and their output. Their success is my own.
